Intake manifold
You can find these manifolds being sold on Ebay by several "distributors", about 60% of the cost of an Edelbrock product at Summit or Jegs. The dual plane air gap for the small block Chysler was $139 plus S&H. The only reason I didn't buy it was I found an LD340 at the swap meet for $50.

I've seen the manifolds at Powerhouse's store in Bakersfield, CA, and at a couple of other stores/shops in that area. They appear to be a pretty good copy of an Edelbrock, with a lot of effort put into their external finish - nice and polished, with no noticeable flaws; you might say "show quality". As to their performance, as I said, think Edelbrock, or perhaps Weiand, or Holley. Without placing them side-by-side for a visual comparison, or testing them on a flow bench or dyno, the question is sort of up in the air. But, as to their appearance? They look nice.

I wouldent risk it just get somthing thats already been proven..
unless its under 2 bucks than anything is worth a shot.

I'd go with a proven company like Edelbrock, Weind, Holley and so on. You know they have expertise in this stuff.

I looked at one on display at a speed shop in Richmond. Looked good on the top side. Bottom side looked a little suspect to me. It is made in china I believe. Just like the hood and body parts I just bought ,would feel a lot better had they been built in the good ole USA

A couple guys around here are running them, they look good and seem to be working good. No dyno or flow bench time to back up the performance aspect. I don't know if the price difference is great enough to get me to "export" more of my money or not. I would say it depends on whether you are buying more for the looks or the proven performance of the top name manufacturers.
