You won't have 496 inches but you can go to 481 with readily available stuff.
I wouldn't stroke it further unless I wanted to get up to 540. Used to do several 522 with stock 4.0 stock forged cranks at 4.560 bore in the bow tie block. One of my favorite combos was the 4 in stroke at 4.280, 4.310, 4.350 and 4.375
We ran a 460 in(4.280 ) in a truck block( 400 tall deck) in my Monza in the 8.0s at 169+ mph ( lotta 8.02s) but never got into sevens or over 170 with it--it had stock c exhaust port alum heads, 454 ch pistons, 400 long rods, touch of NOS.
It was a pretty economical buid as far as components
