Is this a stuck open injector

IT'S A 502 RAMJET #6 CYLINDER !IS THIS A STUCK OPEN INJECTOR?

That looks like alot of fuel? what are the others putting out? pull the next plug to see if its the same,

i guess i'll pull them and have them flow tested ..thanks for the help!
