Oil pump

Need to pick up the mount for the oil filter, whats better,with bypass or with out?

Since most filters have a built in bypass, I'd go without another one.

street engine i use the by pass all race engines we used non by pass and same with filter use jomar oil fillters . quality of filter has alot to do with it as well

Was going to install my oil pump and pan, put the pump and pick up in a small bucket of new 10w 30 oil spun it, pumping good but sucking air, its blowing so bubbles. It would stop if I poured oil over where the pick up go's in to the pump, it was not welded to the the pump, so put the pump and pan on craigs list, and sold in 2 hrs. Picked up a moroso pan and pump from summit - with the pick up welded- as Pat said.live and learn
