I CC'ed them and had the shop CC them. I used oil, they used alcohol or something. I got 76cc's and they got 74cc's. So it appears that the 193 castings are 74-ish cc's. Im still torn on getting the parts from the machine shop and going with the 400 rods or going with Brian Adams from ADperformance.com and using the 5.7" rod. Brian emailed me a total price of 1050 for Scat crank, eagle SIR rods, Ross Pistons, Pioneer ballancer and flexplate, all bearings and rings for the Ross pistons, the rotating assembly will be ballanced. This will cost a bit more but still be similar to the cost of using the machine shops Eagle crank and stock 400 rods. I'm sort of thinking the new rods and Scat crank are worth the little bit of clearancing that will be needed, but the guy at the shop is really trying to talk me out of it.
