66 Impala Intake Manifold Q's
Okay here's my problem/questions:
I'm wanting to rebuild my 283 and I want to go 4 Barrel BUT I've only found it quite impossible to go 4 barrel without having to get rid of my A/C unit (Original I might add, and it works still) because of the castings I see on all the Edelbrock and Holley manifolds, nothing looks similar to how mine is set up. and If I can still have my A/C unit I really don't want to move it because I'll have to probably buy new piping for the box that has all the controls and air duct pipes connecting to it. Also, I haven't looked at the intake manifold close enough, but if I'm not mistaken the oil feed tube to the crankcase comes through the intake manifold infront of the waterneck.. I haven't seen an intake manifold that has that loop for the oil feed. I really want to hop this 283 up but I don't want to get rid of my A/C since its so cool that I even got ORIGINAL A/C.
Heres a the picture of my engine, I'll be sure to get better pictures if theres enough requests to see more to help me out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ditto on the model kits! My best were lost when the Hobby Shop burned under suspicious circumstances....
