Which Head to use?
Right now I have #333882 heads on my stock 350. I also have a set of 3970126 heads sitting in the garage. Which is the better head? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I plan on changing my cam ,lifters, pushrods and intake soon. So I figure the better of the two sets of heads will go back on. Thanks everyone.

333882, 1.94"/1.50", 76 cc, 137.5 cc intake, 95.4 cc exhaust, production 1974-1980
3970126, 1.72"/1.50", 75 cc, 148.3 cc intake, 87.6 cc exhaust, production 1967-1971
I'd use the 882 heads for the induction hardened seats over the 126 heads if I had both sets and was desparate/broke/doing a stock rebuild.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.

Everywhere I look on the net it say the 126 heads are 1.94 and 1.5. I figured since these are supossedly older heads(pre-emissions) off a 67-70 327 that they would be better than the 882 heads

No....the 882 heads flow better on the exhaust side and not only that they have hardened seats...something you need with unleaded fuel....

If they're 64 cc heads, you're gonna have trouble with pump gas and if they're early heads, they wont be drilled and tapped on the ends for accessories.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.

is there any after market braket that I can buy to bolt the power steering pump too since I have no acessory hole in my 462 heads? Maybe a link to a diagram of a braket I can make?

Look at the swap meet section of Nastyz28.com. Some1 there is selling a bracket for that.
