Also how much power can a stock rod with ARP bolts and crank with ARP main bolts take before they come apart I am only taking it to 6000rpm my rods and crank are forged I just want to know for future reference?

This is just a rule of thumb, but I would not go over 425 hp on stock connecting rods with ARP bolts, and not over 500 hp with aftermarket I-beam rods like SCAT or Eagle. If you are going to build a killer hiperformance engine that is pushing over 500 hp, you will want to use H-beam connecting rods.
