head code...327?

can someone tell me the specifics of this head...the code is 458642...it is not the 468xxx...any help would be appreciated

yes...if thats possible...doesnt make sense though bc i pulled this head off a 307 and the 307 ran fine with it....this is the deal i have a 307 with the stock 1968 307 head on the passenger side and apparently a 350 head on the other....wouldnt that lead to different compression rations per side bc it is assuming a lot to think they are the same size...should i run the 350 head or should i find another set of matching heads or can i run 350 heads from my mercruiser 350 in the garage(bc those at least match, wait then my compression would probably go way down) darn, im in a pickle.
