That appears to be an Eddy 1405 (600 cfm, manual choke) and you won't have a problem with that carb on that manifold with the gasket supplied. I believe all Eddy's are square bore carbs and they work as well on a square bore manifold as they do on a spread bore manifold without spacers.Ken Thomas
