If it is smoke or oil residue/leaks after camchange----look for proper sealing intake manifold around intake ports, front / rear seals---oil pan leaks--front crank seal----on a cam change you have created an oppurtunity for oil problems at every mating surface except the head gaskets( unless you removed them for spring or valve work.
Guess I found the problem as I did put heavier springs in so now I'll check my head gasket as everything else you mentioned has been checked and rechecked with just one minor thing. That being I have a small leak in my pan. Thanks for the advice.Keep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!
