they are good runners, but as for this costing more BS i am not sure what thats all about. this motor wasnt that much to build. granted it snot done yet either. i drive it add a piece and keep going. by next year id like to have a set of alluminum heads, a solid roller, transbrake trans <or a stick if i can ever pry the oll doug nash away from severson :D > and go for high 10's

yes it does. like i stated abouve "i would like to ahve etc etc" it most likely wont happen. thats why this oll boy is looking for a nice 400 block to build a 406 from :D
Way back in the ole days we did a lot of things,like 370 " w'348 blocks and 409 cranks.MY brother wound up with a 55 sedan dellivery he bought from aflower shop for 50$ got a z 302 w/ factory twin 4 cabs.this was some time around '69.Most of the parts didnt come aroud honestly but cheap We came close to12 sec runs
