Cam Bearings
I had to remove my 327 from my boat some 10 years and put it in storage.
It's a bare block, I had new cam bearings installed when the block was cleaned and cylinders scuffed. The motor only had about 5 hours before it seized - siezed rod bearing.
Are the cam bearings still okay to reuse ? I would have a most difficult time getting the block to a shop to have them replaced. I know it's a simple process to remove and replace but are they okay to leave in. This is a low hp-200 from a Chris Craft boat.
Thanks for any advise

just flush them out good the block bearing bores are fully grooved for oil .so you want to make sure there no junk under them so a good wash and blow them out thru the mains
