Fuel Injection CFM Question

Okay so I have an aftermarket Multi Port fuel injection system with a 2bbl. The people at howell say it only does about 560 cfm. I want to upgrade the throttle body to a 4 bbl but they pull in 1000cfm. Is this gonna be too much for a engine that I want to build around 350-375?

I use too run a enderle fuel injection system on my race car, and i asked the people at enderle the same question. they told me that the engine would only draw what air it needed,and that the injectors would be atomizing the fuel with the spray. I would think that it would not make any different s Manuel or electrical. the only problem I had was ,there was a lag from closed throttle to wide open . Enderle said that was because of the amount of air from the hat to injectors(running tunnelram intake with injectors in intake). Hope this helps

Hmm okay. How bad a lag? I am wondering If I am going to have the same issues. I want to get a 750 CFM throttle body but I can't seem to find anything less then 1000.

You never noticed the lag (very very small) until you would snap the throttle on the starting line. I really believe this will not be a problem on a tpi type manifold.
