First order of business is get a fuel pressure gauge on it and make sure its within specs, (9-13 lbs) . If you cant get a gauge, take the return line loose @ the throttle body and have somebody crank the engine over and see if it will squirt fuel out of the fitting on the throttle body (make damed sure you don't have a spark source such as a bad ignition wire) if it will squirt fuel that tells you its got nuff pressure to get thru the pressure regulator in the throttle body and should be enuff to run. If this thing ran before you worked on it then more than likely you screwed up somewhere along the way such as a missed connection or a missed ground wire. Again if you check it by taking the return line loose make sure you don't have an ignition source and have a fire extinguisher at the ready.
