350 cid horsepower
I have tried to squeeze all the bolt on horsepower I can out of the 1995 Chevy 350 cid engine in my truck. I have an Airaid cold air intake, JBA headers, a high-flow cat, and flowmaster series 40 cat back exhaust. I still feel like the truck is sluggish. What else should/can I do? Do I need an ignition system, or maybe a whole new intake manifold? How many horses should I be getting at the rear wheels with what I have already done?

slugs
You dont mention what powers your fuel intake system/carb /or tbi/well given the age of the vehicle its the only two choices I can
bring to mind,Anyways sounds like you have an altitude
problem ie not enough gasoline;sounds like you have to rejet your carburettor or change the chip in your ECM to compensate for the rarified air, plug in a code scanner and see what the buggers doing in real time, while running ,this willgive you a more comprehensive picture of whats happening

Yeah, get one of those chip thingies. It's probably the next cheapest step and might net you a few hp.
