Suffix code help
I have a chevy 350 with a code V0331PLA I've found out that V= made in flint engine, 03= march, 31= date, PLA=????. the code on the back of the block is 14093638 ive found out what that number is but it might help someone out in helping me. thanks in advance.

1986-94 14093638 350 .... My understanding that the PLA is a truck block, but unsure at this point.Toys

Heck, I figured the PLA mark meant "Plain old 350"......
