Felpro or Mr Gasket ..If you have a good match they should last a good long time
Others will offer a different opinion, but everything I've put headers on has been with stock fel-pro gaskets with little or no problems.
felpro is what i use dry but i seen guy put hi heat red rtv on them if header or head or both sides if the finish is not very good
Earl's Performance Pressure Master Header Seals - http://www.summitracing.com/search?S...eader%20gasket They're an aluminum "holder" with grafoil type seals that you can replace if you ever need to.
Thanks guys for the in put... and Roger i looked at those tonight but weren't sure if they held up ok... looks like they would do the job.. the part # i was also looking at from summit was ms94054 made by fel pro ....
It would also be a good idea to invest in a set of Stage 8 locking fasteners if you have not done so already.
I like copper gaskets and the Stage 8 are now my default with headers.
I've used the copper gaskets for the last ten years or so and IMO they are with the extra money....had to snug up a couple but never needed to replace them.
.
Thanks Lynn got some on order..
