Looking for comments on who makes the best fitting grill insert for a Brookville steel 32 shell. Is it the insert that Brookville offers or is there a better one on the market.
Thanks

I think Dan Fink Metalworks makes some of the best 32 inserts......but they are very expensive, they are hand made there. I bought a 32 insert from Mac's it was about 220.00 it is stainless steel and good quality. Do alot of research on the internet for grille inserts before you buy. Good luck
If you want an orginal grill insert there are only two available. Vintique make a decent quality insert that fits ok. That is what Mac's is selling for $220. The best one is made by Dales Mfg. in OK. It is a primo piece and fits great. It costs about $350. Both are available with or without crank hole
I'll echo Tim's comments about the Dale's piece, much nicer than the Vintique. Dale's is better known to most non-shop owner rodders as Obsolete Ford Parts, Inc. in OKC, however they just had to change their name because Ford is cracking down on the use of their name. It's now known as Classic Auto Parts Inc.

I'm running a Dale's insert. First class in my book.
Hey Guys ;
How Does Jim Rench's Inserts stack up to Finks ? I know their both quite pricey , I had wanted the Hi -Tech Looking Insert with Curved Bars ,as opposed to the Stock one, and am leaning toward Polished S.S. as opposed to Chromed Aluminum, a Buddy of mine has an AlumaCraft that is Alum. and Chromed and the Chrome is peeling , beautiful Piece otherwise . I appreciate your opinions.
Never messed with 32 grills, but I would definately buy the Stainless Steel unit. Stainless is the best for long term care, hell care period!
Anyone have any digital pics on this grill for a 32 Ford ?
Thanks
I am also using a Dales insert in my Brookville shell, the Vintique would not fit at all. I tried to reshape the Vintique around the edges with vise grips and physically bend the insert to make it fit but to no avail. Eventually bit the bullet, bought the Dales version and sold the Vintique on Ebay. Which part of the grill would you like a digital of? Roger
Pics ?:)
