I dont have any personal experience with Griffin, but my cousin put a griffin aluminum radiator cooling a 350 in his drag truck. He seems to be happy with it, said it runs cooler than the stock radiator. I really dont know how they compare to the U.S. Radiators Desert Cooler.

Bill Using one in my 37 and it works great. Never no overheating.
....Thank You!!! ;) ..... Bill....
I have a Griffen radiator in my '34, 350, small blower. It looks good, works great, maybe even a little too great. I can run some days without the fan - however I live in the mountains where it stays cool.
I have got one for my 32 roadster. I got a really good deal at the time as it was only $50 more then a Walker or US radiatior. Also managed to get a Griffin rad shroud off EBay for it. Roger
do what i did and order the multi application one. found it on the stock car page:LOL: all you have to do is make your own brackets to hold it. is that so hard?????? cost me 180 bux brand new from jegs...........just get the multi application one its way cheaper and all u gotta do is make your own brackets:3dSMILE: easy easy..............................scooter

Aluminum radiators be pretty, but you might want to think about servicability in the field.
Not much can be done to an aluminum radiator if it pops a seam or leaks.
The old standbys like Walker, US Radiator etc. can be repaired by any small town radiator shop.
