If you mean the 3/16" plates similar to what's welded onto the spreader bar proper, American Stamping in Mississippi has them.
I got four of them with my re-pro Deuce rails.
Muffler shops carry two-bolt block off plates that - if you can find the right one . . . which shouldn't be difficult - bolt right on.
Saw a set of finned aluminum ones on the rear horns of a chopped five window highboy Deuce once, looked good.C9

If I had to guess I'd say they were lake pipe caps adapted to the use.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.

O'Brien Truckers in Mass. has some nice finned caps that I have seen - tho their web page is poor, it does have a phone number.Dave

Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
