Thread: Hiboy becomes the "Deuce of Spades"

It's official,

Hiboy's metamorphosis into the "Deuce of Spades" is complete.

Including, new paint job (was charcoal primer now low gloss jet black), new hair pin finish (were red, now bare metal), new firewall color (was beige, now black), new ignition coil (was ugly, now has a good looking finned cover and is mounted on the firewall) new tires (had modern radials now has old school bias plys) and a new custom horn button with the "Spade" in it (I will post a photo of that later today - I made it myself and it came out real sharp looking).

For the movie, the Deuce of spades will have two looks: In the 2007 scenes, it is seen running without a hood and with a windshield. For the 1955 flashback scene it is seen with a full hood and without a windshield.

No longer shall Hiboy be called Hiboy. He has now become the Deuce of Spades. When the movie comes out, and you finally get to watch it, remember that you guys witnessed it happen, right here.

I am posting a few photos below. The last photo was taken at a recent cast meeting, you can see Eric Callero (who plays 1955 hotrod hero "Johnny Callaway" in the movie) at the wheel of the deuce and Robert Messler ("Art", Johnny's best friend).
