351W + T-5 in '32 Ford Hiboy

I am getting ready to start building a 32 Hiboy. I want to use a 351W crate engine from Ford Racing and the T-5 manual. What types of problems can I expect with installing the brake and clutch pedals. Direct linkage to the clutch fork? Cable linkage? Hydraulic?

Also as far as trans mount on the cross member. Most chassis come setup for an AOD. Where does the T-5 hit the cross member relative to the AOD?
