Anyone else race a monza?
I'd like to hear from anyone who drag races a Monza. I need help with deciding on what graphics to use. Any and all pictures will be appreciated

welll leagal no but I do own a 78 chevy monza with the 5.0 V8 I love it when these little neon and such pull up and rev there motor with those big coffie can mufflers wanting to race that is untill I start to rev then they kind of back downdrive it like ya stole it

I think either Shelby type stripes up and over the car would be cool...but maybe instead of having them both the same size, maybe doing one stripe about 4" wide, and the other about 2" wide, and then off-set them over the passenger side of the car, not down the middle...
OR....
A really aggressive Tribal-style graphic with lots of sharp, pointy edges would be cool....really big, on the sides of the car...
Maybe out of a chrome silver reflective vinyl...
I dunno...just some ideas...
And I drive my Corvair MONZA a wee bit over the posted speed limit...does that count?

John...I've always meant to ask you...do you create all of the pictures you've posted here at CHR on your computer? Or do you draw them?
Every now & then I see one of your pics in the random photo thing at the top of the main page, and I always think they're so cool...just curious how you do it....

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
