welll leagal no but I do own a 78 chevy monza with the 5.0 V8 I love it when these little neon and such pull up and rev there motor with those big coffie can mufflers wanting to race that is untill I start to rev then they kind of back down
Need your help with graphics
what kind of graphic's
It's too plain.I need ideas
here where Im planning to go with mine
I think either Shelby type stripes up and over the car would be cool...but maybe instead of having them both the same size, maybe doing one stripe about 4" wide, and the other about 2" wide, and then off-set them over the passenger side of the car, not down the middle...
OR....
A really aggressive Tribal-style graphic with lots of sharp, pointy edges would be cool....really big, on the sides of the car...
Maybe out of a chrome silver reflective vinyl...
I dunno...just some ideas...
And I drive my Corvair MONZA a wee bit over the posted speed limit...does that count? :p
do you have another view of it at a diffrent angle more of a side to front or rear to side viewQuote:

John...I've always meant to ask you...do you create all of the pictures you've posted here at CHR on your computer? Or do you draw them?
Every now & then I see one of your pics in the random photo thing at the top of the main page, and I always think they're so cool...just curious how you do it....

Okay here's a couple quicky's
number two
I no longer have my monza It was strickly for drag. I so wish I had it back. I know that most wont believe this but its best time was 11.32 on the stock rear axels and a auburn pro posi. 355 on alcohol with a turbo 340 that I replaced the sprag at least 4 times a season. It was to cheap to get them out of the boneyard.
I will try to enclose a pic. It was later tubbed and it slowed down.
And yes that was the 1/4 mile time. I sold it and bought this and then I made a huge mistake and got rid of this and wish I had it back for sure.
I bet you do wish you still had them. I've had quite a few I wish I still had. post some of your 38, that should bring back some memories
As you can see its going to be awhile until the coupe is in the shape of the wagon.
My uncle had a 38 when i was a kid. i think i fell in love with cars because of that car. good luck with the project and post more pictures
