I've built low 12 second/high 11 second import street cars for a lot less than you'd probably believe.
Not all of them are Hondas, and a pretty bulletproof 4 banger that's factory turbocharged makes the job pretty easy.
Part of the problem is that the 4Cylinders are more than just 4cylinders. Theyre Ricer-4 cylinders. There are two engines you might want to read up on. They're called the Iron Duke and the Quad 4.
