Cavalier Ideas
Just got a mid 80's Chevy Cav and plan to put my 402 into it. Strictly our 1/4 miler family project. Starting with a good Jegs 12 pt. cage, what plans woukd you suggest to help get this critter to the mid to high 11's. Chassis and engine advice greatly appreciated, especially if your running a cav now. Thanks."oohh...thats gonna leave a mark!"

Hey 53', yah , No doubt we can lighten it up and make it stiffer. I hope building this is 1/2 the fun as the last project. Check it out at the yahoo link in my signature. We are fellow stovebolters."oohh...thats gonna leave a mark!"

sweet ride man what did you do for your rear end four link or is it still leaf spring I'm doing a four link with coil overs my rear frame was already narrowed and a 76 camaro front clip installed so half my work was already done I'm running 31x18.5x15 mickeys out back
You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
