I have always had a soft spot for the old track roadsters (that's why I'm building one) and it's interesting that they were still running in the Tuscon area into the mid-60's. They had died out in the rest of the country by about 1955, replaced by sprint cars...Jim

Ditto on the model kits! My best were lost when the Hobby Shop burned under suspicious circumstances....
