Crankcase ventilation
On my new BBC, I am running a vac-u-pan system. The trouble is,the headers were ceramic coated before the kit was installed. So the kit was installed in the collectors. Mind you i never run the car with open exhaust even at the track so i guess its not an issue. however. On the street. i am wondering if i am getting enough draw through this system with closed exhaust? i was looking at installing 2 extra breathers on the motor, or 1 extra breather and a pcv valve? The motor is going on the dyno, and i will know how much vacuum the motor is making at that time. What is the correct way to do this?

It should be installed at the collectors. Some times they don't work well with mufflers. Some guys just run hoses into a tank with a breather on it to allow the pressure out.

yes i have try them and if you get off it running the engine hard it would blow the sick out of the dip stick tube and blow oil out [it needed to find a vent] that was with a3inch ex have tired it with 4 inch to . it just dose not work that hot with a EX i just run open breathers
