this oldsmobile motor came on a 67 el camino I got awhile back,I have no use for it but I would like to know what I have, cu. in. and hopefully what year.
the only numbers I could find are,left side of block (ex76e 060) and between water pump and block (395558) thanks and I hope somone can help,
68-74 350 CID. That block has solid mains - not the windowed ones like the newer blocks. Good foundation for a "different" rod motor, but can expensive to rebuild. If I remember correctly, it has a bigger bore and a shorter stroke than a 350 Chevy.
thanks guys for helping,I thought I had posted pictures of it,for it is blue in color,but they didn't come out even thou it said it was loading them,I'm just trying to find out what this motor and transmission are worth, I know it hard to say, but I was told that this was a crate motor ,very low miles,but had trouble idling, so it was parked,my brother and a friend use to race in Co.
