Does anyone have any information as where the oil pressure sensor is located on a 1969 high performance 427 engine. I'm not sure if the year is correct.
it seems like it goes towards the fron on drivers side but I'm not sure.

chevy ? it is on the driver side just above the oil filter pipe plug 3/8 or 1/2
Pat yes chevy. there is a 1/2 inch pipe plug above the oil filter. I thought this hole was for the oil cooling system. My oil sensor is 3/8 so to do this
just use a reducer ? . Thank you.
yes that is how you do this on that blockQuote:

some blocks did have one spot that was tap out to 1/8 pipe about one 2 inch ahead of the 1/2to 3/8 pip plug but not all blocks have this tap out so the one above the oil filter worksQuote:
