carb question
I have a BG speed demon mech secondary carb. I bought it from a friend that had it on his show truck. He decided to go edelbrock. Anyway, I am having a problem with the secondary squirter leaking, while running and after shutdown. I have adjusted the float lever and also have removed the bowls and metering blocks but found nothing visibly wrong. Anybody here have any suggestions

well I have a lot of experience with Holley carbs but was a bit unsure about this Demon. Like I said I bought it from a friend who took it off his show truck. Thanks for the info. I took the float levels down and flushed out any crud that may have been under the squirter check valves... Seems to have done the trick for now..
thanks
Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
