Predator Carbs?
Hey i'm interested if anyone has any experience with predator carbs and what they think about them. How well do they work in makeing more extreame engines streetable and do they still have the balls on the top end.

I've never had one so I can't say anything from experience! However, I never heard anything good about them and I have talked to several people that have used them!

I heard of problems regarding even fuel distribution to all the cylinders.

As long as you get one of the new predators with the idle circuit, they are good. Not too many street engines need more than 900 CFM at WOT. I ran one on a 408 Windsor stroker with a single plane open plenum intake and a 1" carb spacer. Torque on the bottom end was good, but it really came on strong on the big end, had a great top end.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
