I think I'm running my engine thirsty when I look at all these guides that says I should be using a bigger carb on my motor.

I'll list what all I've done to this motor and I'll let you guys be the judge of what I should do for buying a newer/better carb that'll help me breath better:

I have a generic Goodwrench SBC "Hecho En Mexico" 350 4-bolt main block with casting#: 10036033 that I've built and I put it into my 66 Chevrolet Impala 4-door. Big heavy car. Using the stock heads that came with crate motor.

All performance upgrades are listed here

Exhaust info

I need to know what carburator size/type for now would be best for this setup.

And if you're daring, help me choose some heads and an intake manifold that would match up nicely to the carb and camshaft with a spending limit of about 1500$
