Holley won't idle
I just switched from a 600 to a 670. I can adjust the idle to the lean side and make it stumble, turning the screws out to fatten it up ,it never get to a rich point. Second problem is a dead spot rigth of idle on fast accel. The accel pump is working .

Saying it Idle is too lean?? All you need to do is remove the two outer air Bleed on the front side next to the choke horn. and replace it it with smaller hole. That will richen the idle up.

If you have a flat spot try a different acc. cam position.
Is the spring to tight on the arm or to loose?
Holley sell's the "cam kit" with the different size and different shaped cams.
There is always the different "squirter" sizes also.

The off idle stumble can get a little frustrating. Like mentioned, you can try a different hole on the accel. cam or a new cam all together. Going with a bigger squirter nozzel may help and it never hurts to double check your timing.I'd rather be driven, then taken for a ride.

I've changed the shooter up two sizes, Have not gone for a test but sitting in the drive itseems to have improved the stumble. Idle thing I am still playing with (I am Using a Vac Gauge now) It would help if i got a looser converter- Parts from friends aren't always what they say they are.
Thank you for the input
You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
