    Exaust question

I think this is where this should go.
I am in the planning stage of a build. A 1960 Impala sport coupe restomod. The car will be HP BBC powered w an automatic. BUT I want the car to be a quiet cruiser as it is not what anyone would consider a HP muscle car. They are more commonly built as gennies or customs. Not to say there are not HP 60 Impala's far from it, I know of a few. Anyway I want an exaust on this car that will not constrict the exaust flow of a HP BBC Chevy w custom headers (461 CI, 490+ HP), BUT will not rattle the neighbors windows or inside trim. I have used Flowmasters and frankly while they are a great HP muffler they leave a lot to be desired in the noise dept. on a cruiser (This from a guy who used to collect loud exaust tickets and brag about it...) I was thinking 3" w an X crossover. It would be best I believe. . I can get turbo's in 2.5", but 3"???
A mild rumble is what I am after.
    Anyone???
photo are Net pics in the same color ext/int combo-the last is the motor going in it, Now has Alum Pro Comp heads, air gap intake and 900 Vac sec Holley

Attended my first drag race in 1961 and hooked on cars ever since.
