    Degreeing a Cam-Step 2-Do I have this right?

Intake Centerline and Lobe Separation. Do I have this right: If my intake centerline is 106 and lobe separation is 110 then does that mean if my measurement after degreeing cam for intake centerline comes out to 110 (measured numerous times) then I've installed the cam straight up and its already 4 degrees advanced? Just trying to get a better understanding of these two things. Thanks,
