Optimal ignition advance curve??
Hi!
My distributor was so bad so I removed the mechanical advance and made it stuck.
I set the timing @ 32 deg. So its there all the time..
The engine is running nicely..
I will by an MSD pro billet distributor now and I wounder what would be the ideal idle and max advance for my engine??
Its a chevy bb 402 cuin, with 10.5:1 CR, forged pistons pistons, ported rect, closed, 840 heads, victor 2r jr intake, holley 850dp, and a hydralic cam which I dont know. And hooker headers, 2x 3" with one muffeler.
thanks in advance
