F-Head!!
Havn't posted here in a while, but I'm lookin into putting together an F-Head conversion head for the Ford 4 bangers,
It'll be a 4 port head, (Inlet in head, exhaust in block)
I was just wondering if anyone out there has any info on combustion chamber design and port design, or a sourse of info,
web site/book etc.
cheers,

Maybe someone will come up with something for you on that, but F heads are way back there tech. Don't know if you have any early '50's Willys stuff in your part of the world or not, but those came with F head engines. If I were dead set on doing the deal I'd look for one of those heads to copy.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

Cheers Bob,
I'll look into that, I've actually got some half finished patterns, which we'll use as a base, I was also thinking about what constitutes the best exhaust valve (in block) configuration, ie relieveing the block/ porting the flat head above the valve,
