When does it shoot oil out, at high speeds, when you punch it, at idle? What cam are you running? What compression?
If you're blowin' oil out the dipstick, then there is excessive crankcase pressure doing it. Either your vents are plugged or there is a one-way valve that is sticking closed or installed backwards or something else is wrong with them. The only way the motor has to vent right now is through the dipstick tube. Not good.
Thats what I was thinking. I had an oil pressure relief valve stuck and it did the same thing.
I have the twin crankcase evacuation running out the valve covers into the exhaust I assumed this was enough could there be anything else causing this. I can take the oil fill cap off and there is no pressure there. The oil spitting happens pretty much whenever the motor is running.
excessive blowby could be causing it. but crankcase ventillation could be malfunctioning. try pulling out PCV, and replace with a breather, see what that does.
You didnt say what your dipstick/pan combo was, but:
1. A mismatched dipstick/pan setup will cause this because the crank is throwing oil directly on the tube's bottom opening. (pull the stub tube out and find a longer one to tap back in.)
2. disconnect your exhaust siphons and rev the motor to see if they r working the correct direction and at idle or just high revs. (they might push air IN at idle, then suck at revs. ...leaking check valves.)
3. Has the engine been apart and a crank scraper or tray been installed or omitted...
Most engines with the PCV system removed and exhaust siphons installed will spit some from the dipstick tube at idle . Some need the PCV reconnected for idle crankcase venting and the Siphons still kick in a t revs.

Ok you all get a A+++ I had the motor running pulled the driver side crankcase evac tube and it blew out I put and breather type cap on oil fill and it stopped the blow back that was great so then drive the car it starts to over heat with wife beside me and then it just dies my dad had set the timing and did not tighten when he finished and then guess what I broke the golden rule driving with no tools are you all getting my day by now the good thing is I have a gear brother in law "there is a God and this proves it" and he came and saved me from more humiliation. I thought I would let you all know again thanks for the ideas.::
