Talking CJ Heads: some valve bearing trouble

    Hi people!
well, I was prepairing for some portmatching on the heads and intake, when I found this...
    (look at pics)
what you're looking at is a broken/cracked casting where the valvebearings of the intakevalves sit.

anybody got some ideas about this?
do i have a problem here?
I bought the heads when they were already rebuild and maged and hottanked, so it would be a setback if they are a write-off or need a new rebuildingjob!

    any thought is welcome, thanx,
    tom

Going sideways through a bend isn't considered normal or even sane, so that's the way I like it!
