Compression is a function of bore, stroke, chamber size, piston dome, rod length, gasket height, deck height and intake valve closing angle.
Some models include piston to cylinder clearance and top of piston to first ring height also.
Given those parameters - static and dynamic compression ratios can be derived. There is no limit to what a man can do . . . if he doesn't mind who gets the credit. (Ronald Reagan)
