I agree. Techinspector1 knows what he is talking about and I would listen to him if I were u. If he's questioning the 390 I know he has a GOOD reason for doing so. and if i'm thinking right you can disguise the 460 for a 390 just by the air cleaner sticker so your customer would never know unless he really took the time to check.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
