We drove the Thames for years with this type of system (minus the brake booster) underneath ....... also had the electric fuel pump and transmission cooler attached to the frame .......... never had any problems with FOD (foreign object damage) ........ maybe we were just lucky ........ to me, the biggest thing is to make sure that none of the frame attached pieces are the lowest hanging articles .......... our transmission mount and driveshaft loop are lower than the booster .......... and they still have ample clearance ......... but we definitely won't be hitting any speed bumps at 60 mph
You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
