Ok here's some more pic's. Front fender repair. as I was grinding off some bondo I ran into more brass what a pain. That was the old way of fixing fenders and I did a bit my self many years ago. Sure splatters when you weld over it.

Still need a bit of grinding and it'll be ready for blasting

Fender/running board mounting holes needed lots of added metal more grinding to come
