New Rebuild
I can't seem to find the thread I started on this SOO here it is again. Bought this last winter, it sat all summer. Now its in line for rehab. Sheet meal work is underway. Left side done right side will star soon. Took a break from that to start on engine. I get bored easy. (With body work)
. I'll try to not loose this thread this time. Can't find photos but rear suspension is all done and I found a newer bed. Still need a pass door or panels which ever shows up first

The worst part of the "Golden Years" for me is that everyone talks too fast and chews up their words. The other thing that really sets me off is an automated telephone system. These companies apparently haven't thought this through. Every day, there are 10,000 people retiring, so there will be more and more of us old folks who are fed up with having to deal with computers and automated phone systems, trying to buy products and services online or by phone. The only thing worse than an automated phone system is an automated phone system that doesn't work like it is supposed to. Now, you've really pizzed me off, so I hang up and you lose a sale. When are you CEO's going to come to your senses?

Spent some time in the shop today getting more of engine together. Had to stop ran out of parts again but bottom is done and top is close.Charlie

What day job?? I am retired other than helping out at the shop in town. Heads were cheaper than having a set redone . (almost) Edelbrock 7102. I was told studs are best when using Aluminum heads. I would have had to buy bolts anyway, as I started with a 4 bolt block and not much more.Charlie
