55/58 Chevy truck build

This is right before my first real drive. I have a car buddy that is not doing so well these days so I took the truck to his house so he can take a look at it. My respect for you just went up another notch - one of the great things about hot rods is that they are so universally liked and appreciated. Your visit was therapy for an ailing friend. What a cool thing to do and here's hope's and prayers you'll be able to take him for a spin to local hamburger joint in this beauty before too long!

It is turning out beautiful, I really liked watching this thing come together. It shows your character bringing it over to your car buddy to check it out!

Thanks guys, its been going great with the truck. I've been driving it around town to see what the kinks are and its going pretty good so far. As far as my buddy, its age thing mostly, he is getting up there in age and moving much slower and not getting out and driving his rides lately. So I thought taking the truck to him would make is day and it did. It made mine also he is a great auto painter and he complimented the paint job.
