I think it came out pretty dang nice especially for the time frame! I'm jealous on that alone.

registered just to follow this build...looks awesome
Thanks! Just about ready to drive; had the windshield put in today. Should be on the road in about a week
All done; been cruising it around this week and doing a few final adjustments on the steering, brakes, etc. Gave it a bath and headed to the local show tonight.
Very cool, it looks really good.
And all over and done in nine months!
It looks an entirely different vehicle from that which you started with.
Bloody gorgeous; it's a credit to you.
Thanks! Now time for a break from the garage and focus on mama's honey do list. She's been pretty patient......;)
I agree with JB. Nicely done and quickly too.
Now you need to play this on cruise night

Nothing left to do now except the shag carpet and tinted windows!!!!!
Now it is at a decent start point for a big muscle sleeper!
Kidding - kind of.
Super clean stock ride. Well done.
Now, grab that honey-do list!
It turned out very nice! Done in 9 months, how do you do it?
Thanks! It’s already a big muscle sleeper, that whopping 90hp is pretty scary!
Decided to wrap up a few issues with the van before I pull the trans back out of the 48. It’s still sitting too high in the back so I pulled the leaf springs and am sending the back to the shop to de-arch them a bit more. Also pulled the speedometer for repair, and am also going to make a headliner for the front. After trying to get the rebuilt carb right, I went ahead and bought a new one; runs MUCH better.
