Owned this for over 20 years and after driving all over NZ ,it was due for a rebuild. The rear doors were starting to sag an pop open going over big bumps in the road an the paint an body work was tired.

Started this rebuild back in feb 2016.
Its great that you've been driving it. It does look like it could use a refresh in areas, the rewards of driving.
That's a very nice one to start with. Are those valve covers Australian/NZ only?
Stripping the chassis down.
Factory independant front end still works extremely well and with a few modern additions ( disc brakes, better shocks, sway bar) will do for another 89 years.
69 camaro limited slip diff will get recon an axle c-clip delete.
Body off chassis and dropped off at mates to get holes in firewall filled.
Its crazy how some of these rides are getting! Looks more like a complete redo than a refresh:)
