Sure! The only problem is that if you do there has to be a disclaimer that this is for entertainment purposes only and that you do this at your own risk!:(Quote:

I didn't catch who was the personal trainer but here is an idea you can expand on.
All sports use some part of the equipment for exercise. Throw the baseball, bat exercises, fence exercises , football blocking dummy, running helmet banging etc.
Now how about 10 bench press reps with a 8 inch Ford housing, 10 squats with a 9 in pig, some rotations of the waist with a GM radiator, 10 curls with a couple 12 bolt axels. For legs you could mount a lifted truck 10 reps from each side. For aerobics you could roll a tire around the block a couple times. You get the picture. Make it fun and interesting. haha:eek:
Good Idea! I was on a business trip in Mexico and I used the hotels telephone books for dumbells!!Quote:

HEALTH TIP: If you are going to sit on your deck and drink beer, pack a cooler so you don't have to keep walking back into the house. No need to wear out your knees prematurely.Quote:

We have several exercise machines including a stationary bike, a treadmill and a Nordic Xtrainer and a Nordic Track. The Xtrainer gets the most use. Diet and exercise is always a problem because of our work hours and locations, but we get it done. I quit smoking 15 years ago by using the patch. I would recommend it to anyone. It works as long as you really want to quit.
John don't sell yourself short, a good AB lounger runs about $150.00 so if you want the money sent to you, make sure you ask for the right amount.
Thanks for looking out for me!:LOL:Quote:
